GREENFIELD

Greenfield is a reduced wall flexible conduit that is available in either steel or aluminum and has similar allowable uses as type MC cable. The main difference between type MC and Greenfield being conductors are pulled through the conduit, like Liquidtight, as opposed to being integrated in the jacket at time of manufacture. Also, like MC cable, a separate green ground conductor must be utilized as well. Greenfield is permitted for use in raised floor environments (NEC 645) as well as other "Plenum spaces", but not damp or wet locations. (Spec. Sheet)
